Carl’s career spans a broad spectrum of roles within the financial services industry. Before stepping into his current role, he served as Head of Vendor Finance for six years, where he developed and expanded strategic vendor relationships, driving consistent growth in the asset finance portfolio. His earlier experience as a Sales Executive at Paragon Banking Group provided him with a strong foundation in customer engagement and solution-based selling—skills that continue to underpin his leadership approach today.
