£2m in finance helps HLA Services secure a raft of contract wins

We are celebrating ten years as a broker to rapidly expanding heating and ventilation specialist, HLA Services, including securing £2 million in funding.

We are delighted to have played a pivotal role in the success of the business, which has seen turnover grow to £12.5m, brokering deals to finance its growth to include investment in people, transport – to purchase 100 vans and cars, including six electric vehicles, with more investment planned for the future.
HLA, which has its headquarters in Boldon, South Tyneside, is one of the North East’s leading full mechanical, air conditioning, climate change, and temperature control specialists. Employing more than 100 people, it has satellite offices in Cumbria, North Yorkshire, and Teesside, and works extensively across a wide range of sectors including construction, manufacturing, retail, education, and hospitality.
The company has seen demand for its services grow rapidly and is a partner to a vast range of private and public sector customers, including four of the North East’s universities, and has recently secured a £500,000 contract to refurbish Great North House, part of Newcastle University.
