We’re expanding our team! We have two exciting full-time Sales Support Administration opportunities within our Motor division at our Head Office (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm). If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a high-performing team shaping the future of vehicle finance, we’d love to connect.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide support to internal and external sales people and introducers in the sales process
  • Ensure all customer documentation is accurate
  • Uses different funder proposal platforms to propose deals
  • Continually seeks to develop an understanding of basic finance principles and financial information
  • Work in line with the FCA Consumer Duty Regulations within ASAF at all times

Job Specification

What you’ll need to succeed
You will be:

  • Thoughtful, Inspiring, and Driven
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A team player with a professional approach to work and be able to work using own initiative
  • Able to work well under pressure

You will have:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing, and both within the organisation and with external bodies
  • Flexible approach to work with a “can do” attitude and the ability to respond flexibly in a changing environment
  • 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) grade A to C including Maths and English
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Honesty and integrity
  • An understanding of consumer rights
    • ·An understanding of GDPR regulations
